I have been compiling construction tenders for over 18 years working with main contractors, subcontractors and private clients. Having worked for several large contractors, I have developed the necessary skills to provide a service that wont disappoint. I'm also a charted builder with MCIOB professional membership.

My experience in pricing tenders ranges from domestic single storey extensions/refurbishments to large scale new build educational/healthcare properties. My services range from Traditional Bill of Quantities, Plan & Specification, Frameworks, Design&Build, Budget Estimates, Cost Planning and Feasibility Works.
